Build straight RV-10 flaps with our CNC flap cradles.

Price is for a set of 6 flap cradles, CNC cut from 1/2" (0.500") MDF.

We recommend 1/2" wide by 3/8" thick weatherstripping (single sided adhesive), with the paper left on the non-adhesive side (the flaps slide in and out of the cradle better on the paper... especially if you've carefully cut and selectively peeled the blue vinyl). Weather stripping is not included, but we have provided a picture. You will need approx 11" of weatherstripping per cradle.

Other needed supplies for a set of 6 cradles (not included):

6pcs of 2"x4" each cut to 5-5/8" (or just use a cradle to mark the cut with your pencil) and 12 wood screws.
